20.05.2022 New to the Skin by Sarah Treatment Menu - The Rose Oracle Reiki Facial Arrive and ground your energy into the Skin by Sarah Sanctuary with a welcoming warm herbal tea and smudge ceremony. You will then be guided by Sarah to choose a Rose Oracle Cards from the beautiful deck from Rebecca Campbell.... This Facial then begins with inhalation therapy using Rose Geranium essential oil to balance and open the heart chakra. Sarah will then guide you through a 5 minute heart opening meditation focusing on the oracle card you were drawn to. Followed by 10 minutes of balancing & healing Reiki energy. Once you are deeply relaxed, heart opened and peaceful the facial treatment will begin The Facial includes A deep and thorough double cleanse. Following the cleanse a gentle enzyme exfoliant will be applied to the face & whilst the enzyme is working it magic under the steam relax and receive Sarah’s ever loved Argan Oil, Rose Geranium and Lavender hair and scalp ritual Next a flowing and firm facial massage will deeply hydrate the skin and relax the tense muscle of the face. Once the facial massage is completed a double mask application including a divine Egyptian rose jelly mask mask will be applied to the skin on top of each other. One mask will cool and soothe the skin and the other will heat the skin to give it the ultimate workout. Whilst the mask is setting continue to relax with a décolletage, arm, neck & shoulder massage. 18.05.2022 It’s been quite the week in our household. You know those weeks where it actually feels like it’s been a month because so much has happened in such a short time. Last Friday I had my first IVF egg collection surgery we got 8 eggs which was positive ... Saturday we got the call only three out of 8 fertilized Then we waited Monday we got another call that the three were still doing well and I would be going in for a transfer on Wednesday only to then find out Gabor had tested positive to the spicy flu so my transfer was canceled and we would need to freeze them instead of doing a fresh transfer so again we waited with baited breath to find out the outcome. Yesterday we found out all three made it to the freezing stage I’ve managed to stay Covid free We also recently took our new bank to the ombudsman over a really poor and unfair decision that did not sit well with us at all and today just found out their decision has been overturned in our favor ( always stand up to your principles and fight for what’s fair) So it’s fair to say it’s been a rollercoaster of a week with lots of ups, downs and everything else in between I may have some extra grey hairs after this week but I do believe life challenges us for a reason sometimes even if we are yet to know why. I’m really looking forward to being back to work next week and I’m feeling a massage or facial pamper for myself and hubby might be in order very soon as I believe it is definitely well deserved
