I dont work regular hours, as my hours are determined by my husbands work schedule, and also my need to balance work and family ti...me. During the day our skin is exposed to a number of environmental elements, including dirt, sweat and the sun, and mixed with our skin’s natural oils creates a breeding ground for bacteria.... Double cleansing will remove all the dirt, sweat, and bacteria, leaving a clean canvas for your skin to drink up all the yummy and nourishing nutrients from your serums and moisturiser. How do you double cleanse? Here’s a recommended routine for all skin types: Wet a muslin cloth, or my handmade Polish Me steaming cloth, using 100% organic cotton, with warm water, and place it over your face to open up the pores. Place a few drops of Nourish Me cleansing oil and make-up remover on your palm, rub between your palms to emulsify and massage over your skin, including your eye area. Wet the cloth again with warm water and gently wipe all the oil off your face. As a beauty therapist with over 17 years experience in the industry, I wanted to create a change in how we approach skincare. 02.01.2022 DRY OCM CLEANSING When I created NOURISH ME I wanted something that was going to be universal for busy woman, I was in desperate need of a powerfull cleanser that removed all traces of make up. Each ingredient was chosen for a particular reason and very purposefully crafted into three different blends that contain 100% active antioxidants to target and treat complex skin types. How I Oil Cleanse I take 4-6 drops and massage it directly over my dry skin (with make-up on) over... my eyes making sure to get it worked into my mascara for about 1 minute. I then take a hot polish me washcloth and lay it on my face for about 20-30 seconds allowing the steam to open up my pores. Then I wipe off the oil from my skin. I do this process twice while using the corners of the cloth to wipe my eye makeup off instead of dragging it down my face.
