25.01.2022 What is in a serum? And do you need it? There has been a big movement towards serums over the last few years. Serums concentrates active ingredients and allow them to penetrate the skin better than a cream or lotion. Serums are especially good for active ingredients we want in the deeper layers of the skin such as niacinamide and salicylic acid which penetrate deep to to the oil glands to help degrease the skin and reduce oil flow. 18.01.2022 Early pregnancy break outs I started breaking out in pimples almost the moment I knew I was pregnant. They started on my chest then spread to my back. And then finally came to rest on my face - weirdly on my forehead, and chin. We are now coming into the warmer weather and we tend not to do as many pigment laser treatments due to difficulties of keeping out of the sun, and risking the complication of post inflammatory pigmentation.
