21.04.2022 Did you know we have a policy in place that states that when you book any treatment that is over $40 in value we require a 50% deposit, and if you need to change an appointment we require 24 hours notice. If you don’t let us know of a cancellation within the required time or are a no-show for your appointment you forfeit your deposit. We haven’t really enforced this rule for a while considering we were in such an unpredictable time with lockdowns etc. However, the minority of... people who have taken advantage of our generosity has ruined that good faith for the majority. Let’s be real for a moment.. It’s unfair of us to show up to work ready to service you to the best of our ability and to provide an incredible salon experience, for you to not show up. We understand that things happen, which is totally okay - however we’re only asking for a fair playing field. Moving forward, please don’t be surprised when we ask you for a deposit upon booking. We appreciate every one of our clients, more than you know. We have been with you for so many years and we respect every single person that walks through our doors, please know that this policy is required for the continued success of our business.
