06.01.2022 8 months !!!! Longest I’ve ever done ! I’m settled into the pattern now - my brain (self sabotage Claire) doesn’t fight it very often now - she gave up eventually - rituals become habits become an. end x x x x and boy I could talk forever about the positives !!!!! mostly it’s about waking each day not thirsty, headachy and hungry ..... and that’s just physical - psychologically feeling anxious, depressed, scanning the memories for bad, talking failure to yourself x x x yep 8 months of none of that
