15.01.2022 A beautiful morning. Zoom in to see Baw Baw clearly visible. A light frost is visible in the neighbours paddock to the right of the pic. The usual morning Winter fog lies in the Latrobe Valley. On some days when there is no wind, the fog can sometimes lie around in the Valley until well after 11am. When we are fogged in at Skinny Dog Rise, the cause is generally low cloud totally enveloping the mountain range. Some days, it does not clear at all.

05.01.2022 Firewood collection in preparation for next Winter is now complete. The tall logs require one hour on the chainsaw (my favourite toy) to cut to size. Will split the cut logs when fully dry. Loving mountain country life.
