18.01.2022 Let’s talk serums. Hi everyone, Frances from Skin Room here. Serums are such an important part of our skincare routines, and Osmosis is my go-to range for myself and for my clients.... So why should we use serums? 18.01.2022 Life’s a beach, but don’t forget to protect your skin. When it comes to sun protection, we often get confused between heat and UV. Many people believe that sunscreen is only necessary on really hot, sunny days, but it’s actually the UV levels that we need to pay closer attention to. UV rays are the major cause of sunburn, premature ageing, eye damage and wrinkles, and can of course also lead to skin skin cancer. Now that summer’s hit, it’s a great idea to check the day’s UV... index before going out [3 or higher = sunscreen].
