14.01.2022 The word adversity is what we faced a lot in 2020,it’s like everything which was planned for the whole year ...just vanished because of a virus taken control all around the world. We can easily keep complaining and blame on the situation,but we all know that ain’t going to give you a solution magically. It’s a situation we must adapt. If there’s anything I’ve learned past 10 plus years as a natural bodybuilder,that would be to adapt no matter what the circumstances are right now. Adversity I had to face last year I had every reason not to press on but quit.Yes I too had situation where i question my self and thought ‘When will this have its ending’ But yet I kept pressing on Why? I always believed there’s light at the end of the tunnel even though some tunnels are 11 years long 2019 was one tough hurdle I had to overcome where I told my self if I didn’t do it right now I’ll end up in regret,all I needed was discipline to push through. When work was full time in the graveyard 35-40hrs per week I never used that as my excuse to quit my prep to Italy. At the same time updating over 85 clients per week I never said I have no time I pressed on and I made time when I thought didn’t Last year when I finally said good bye to the workforce and finally earned my peace of mind world got hit by adversity with a virus I could have easily complained or blame the circumstances which I had no control over Instead kept pressing again even when team empire lost 70% of the clients in March Today 6 months later we are almost fully booked Point of the story is the fact that no matter how hard you work to avoid adversity from your life it ain’t something you can stop. Problems,Issues or Complications in your life we can’t stop them from coming but must never let them stop you from pressing on through those obstacles. On this brand new weeks let us accept the circumstances in your life and keep pressing through adversity Greatness will come through

14.01.2022 It’s been more than a week I have done my first ever competition in the world-renowned bodybuilding federation ICN. I wanted to take this opportunity to thank s...o many people in my fitness journey who have directly or indirectly showed their love and support to get this competition done. Firstly, I would like to thank my beautiful wife Yamuna for being such a wonderful partner, you have always been my strength throughout the times, and made our life easier when it was hard. A family like mine is a treasure greater than any I can imagine. You nourish my soul so I can fight my battles in this world. You listen to my troubles and give me advice I need so I can be victorious in life. Knowing I have you to turn to give me the strength to do it all again. Endless thank you to my Mum, Dad, and my lovely sisters. I am dedicating my first competition victory to you Sujan Silpakar dai, my patient trainer and a role model. You never gave up on me, and I couldn’t have achieved this success without your guidance. I value everything you do to make me become the best athlete I can be. I consider myself fortunate to be able to learn from you and your experiences. Your advice has helped me to make it beyond what I imagined myself capable of achieving. Thank you for being my guiding light, for encouraging me, and for making me who I am today. Special thanks to Sony vauju @i_am_prynssa @bhattaprm for truly inspiring and motivating me in every moment. Bodybuilding is hardest sports, it takes a special mindset, discipline, patience and consistency. Along with bodybuilding sacrifices comes along. Sparing time to workout twice a day, to eat each planned meal, and working will take away most of our day. It was not an easy journey I would say but, at the end all the hard work I put on finally paid off.
