25.01.2022 People seem to want to know what I am reading. This is my latest book. I'm not far in, but I think it's important. Ronni Kahn founder of OzHarvest calls it her "repurposed life". What's your important question about life? What gives your life meaning?... What's your version of success? Has COVID given you a new view of what's possible? 04.01.2022 Thinking in the same way will not solve our problems, the answers may not exist yet anyway. Self awareness helps us remember that "I am not my thoughts" .... "I am the thinker of my thoughts"... When we remain aware of thinking as a process, we have new opportunities, we open up the field. Remembering that we are more than our thoughts reminds us that we have choices. ... What stories are you making in your mind? What are you trying to predict? Are you spending any time being present in this moment? Be still, breathe, make some space, what do you notice now? Resilience research is showing us that we need some redundancy in our lives, we need some space, some resources for a rainy day that we may never use, in order to be truly resilient. Make some space from predicting and thinking your way through the problems, let it all BE occasionally and sit in the present moment. Thats all..... just stay there, move into each moment,... moment to moment.... You are not your thoughts XS
