21.01.2022 There has been a massive impact on countries around the world because of the pandemic caused due to COVID-19. If you need any kind of help during these urgent times, please do not hesitate to contact us and we will try to help you in every possible way we can. To prevent further widespread, please adhere to the following tips to keep you safe and healthy. 1. Wash your hands with soap for atleast 20 seconds.... 2. Cover your nose and mouth when you sneeze or cough with a tissue, upper sleeve or elbow. 3. Try not to touch your mouth, nose, eyes or any part of your face. 4. Isolate yourself if you feel sick and try reporting it to the nearest GP of clinic. Have enough medication at your home if needed. 5. Drink plenty of water to remove toxic waste from your body, exercise and get plenty of sleep. 6. Buy medically approved hand sanitiser 7. Get flu shot when available in April 8. Avoid unnecessary handshakes or any form of contact.
