13.01.2022 STAMP DUTY REDUCTIONS !!!! In exciting news today, the Victorian Government has announced that Stamp Duty will be reduced by 50% for all newly built homes valued up to $1 million. Existing Homes will receive a 25% reduction of Stamp Duty.... These reductions come into effect for Contracts dated between 25 November until 30 June 2021. These reductions are NOT limited to First Home Owners. The First Home Owner benefits will remain as is. As these announcements were only made this afternoon, the full details have yet to be released.
