25.01.2022 Week 2 Complete Everything is coming together well Just some finishing up to do on Monday

25.01.2022 It has Been an Extremely busy month and a half for the team and I. I have worked 43 days in a row to stay on schedule and get everything done before Christmas. We had Four Bathrooms to complete with very little time and major delays, But We are nearly there Everything is Complete in Lake Munmorah, Killcare and Macmasters Beach, just the Shower screen, Painting, Electrical and Finishing up to do at Watanobbi. We experienced the biggest delays we have had this year all in a... month, But we worked through them all and got the job done *Rotted Floor in Lake Munmorah *Horrible Termite Damaged Joist at Killcare, So we had to Replace them. *The Supplier sent the client the specifications for a completely different size and branded built-in mirror cabinat at Killcare. So we Re-tiled and moved the plumbing and electrical. *With the Vanity for Macmasters Beach they sent a right handed cabinet with a left handed Sink but Received the right sink the next week *The Bath We Waited Six weeks for at Killcare was the wrong Bath, but thankfully Received the right one the next day. Another Two days of work then I'm having a good Break Merry Christmas Everyone Stay Safe

23.01.2022 Bathroom in Killcare 95% complete. Painting, Site Cleaning and a few loose ends to be done. This job ran considerably over time due to some major delays but we worked through them and got the job done. *First off after the demo, we came across terrible termite damage on the joists which was supporting the balcony. So we had to replace them. *After that the client was given all the information and specifications sheets for the items she brought by the supplier.... And the built in mirror cabinet was a completely different brand and dimensions. Which we had to re-build the cut out, re-tile, then move the plumbing and electrical. *Then to top it off there was over a 6 week wait for the bath and then they gave me the wrong bath All sorted and Installed now, great clients to work with Another major transformation See more

20.01.2022 Garage Being Converted into a Master Bedroom and Ensuite

19.01.2022 Bathroom Completed last week Shower screen and architrays to go. This was a Ensuite Extension that was originally just a room. We needed to Replace the old wooden floor boards with Scyon compressed cement flooring, we installed a new drainage line for all of the fixtures and we also needed to add new hot and cold water lines. After that we could then go on with or normal Bathroom Renovation Schedule and do the Carpentry, Plumbing & Electrical Rough in, Gyprocking, Waterproo...fing, Tiling and then the Fit off Absolutely Excellent Clients to work with! 19.01.2022 Bathroom Completed Showerscreen to be installed next week. Spent a few weeks on this one, but the work that was involved was definitely worthwhile. Another major transformation Absolutely excellent customers to work with.

18.01.2022 We currently have one Bathroom that is ready to be tiled. And Two bathrooms with the tiling completed ready for the fit off. And only 12 days to do it. We will still get it all done Considering there has been 2 major delays in two different jobs from the same supplier in one week. *For the Bathroom in Killcare they gave the client the dimensions and specifications sheet for a completely different branded mirror cabinet. That has already been cut out and tiled...... *For the Ensuite in Macmasters Beach They Packed a right handed vanity cabinet and a Left handed Bench Top Sink all in the same box!?. So the waste is in the draw.. Lovely Other than that everything has been running smoothly and we are working very hard to remain on schedule See more

17.01.2022 Garage Conversion coming along Absolutely Excellent. Allot of work went into this to turn a Blank room into a Master Bedroom with a walk in Wardrobe and Ensuite. Also Another Bedroom, Kitchen And Bathroom/Laundry.

15.01.2022 (Day 4) Another Productive Morning Now for the Waterproofing

14.01.2022 Week 1 Complete Starting to come together now, Ready for stage 2 Tiling then the Fit off Will all be completed next week

13.01.2022 Day 5 Plumbing and Carpentry Complete Electrician will be in Tomorrow and a few things to do throughout the day before the Sheeting and Waterproofing

12.01.2022 (Day 2) Well look what we ran into... Great way to stop a progressive job Bottom plate and joists completely rotted from Termites.... Traced all the timbers back to where no damage had occurred, then cut out the rotted sections and replaced them. The day consisted of Replacing and re-supporting the existing frame. The electrical is completed so it's not all bad. We will get our chance tomorrow to do the plumbing and carpentry then back on schedule. See more

08.01.2022 Bathroom in Watanobbi .We Knocked down the wall that divided the Bathroom and Toilet. .Re-built The internal wall and Installed a cavity sliding door. .Removed the two Windows and Installed One Large window, with extra supports. .Cut the Concrete Slab and Re-located all the drainage.... .Replaced all the Electrical and Plumbing. .Replaced The Ceiling. .Installed a In-Wall Cistern. .Added Three in Wall Shelves. 06.01.2022 Small Ensuite Renovation Quite Limited with the options we had for the design, due to it being in a apartment and a small room. But we made a big change with a small budget.

06.01.2022 Demolition for the Ensuite in Macmasters complete by 9:30. Another team record. The other Bathroom in Killcare is currently being tiled now and will be completed at the end of the week. We have a couple more to start and only so much time before Christmas. We are going to be very busy

We Installed a cavity sliding door to allow for more Room, then built a In wall Mirror Cabinet, a Bench Seat and a in Wall Shelf. After all of that we still managed to complete the renovation Very Cost Conservative.
