18.01.2022 UPDATE!!!!! As of September I will be working Monday's and Thursday's only. My days are getting all scattered again and I need to keep that in order for family life . HOWEVER I now have a lady who filled in for me whist I was off coming to work here on Wednesdays, her name is Nikki and she is wonderful if I must say so myself so if your looking to book in and can't get in with me she is also available weds. 07.01.2022 Firstly let me just say a big thank you to all my lovely and loyal customers of SBM for your patronage and support throughout the last financial year and also your understanding and kind words when i had to have a bit of time off with my stress fracture. 2015-16 financial year was a tough but great year and i thoroughly enjoyed it. I have been thinking about this for a while and i feel the time is right with the new financial year to introduce a cancellation and no show polic...y. This is really just to ensure that both your and my expectations are the same and is as follows: *Notification of an intention to cancel or reschedule an appointment, up to actual appointment time, incurs no penalty. I understand that things pop up or time gets away from you, so If you notify me that you won't be able to make your appointment prior to your scheduled time then no fee is incurred. * If there is no notification and you have not presented for your appointment then a 50% cancellation fee will be imposed upon next appointment. It will also be assumed that if 10 min has passed and no communication received then your appointment is deemed cancelled. I hope everybody understands this policy and am grateful for all your support and look forward to seeing you all soon -Skye-
