20.01.2022 Hiya I’m putting feelers out as I’d love to start teaching a gentle and soulful yoga class at my beautiful sanctuary home in lush cobaki I’m thinking on Friday mornings, I’d love to know if anyone is keen? My classes are an hour duration includes guided mediation and pranayama and asanas to suites to all abilities I give each student reiki healing during the first shavasana and use essential oils and Tibetan singing bowls for sound healing I also run parter yoga which is an awesome engagement/wedding anniversary gift or wonderful bonding for parents and children couples or very fun for a group of friends too id love to also have anyone who’s keen for just meditation/mindfulness classes My aim is to nurture each soul Namaste and big love S

I cook for the season with food that’s grown locally and in abundance. These bad boys are part of my patty collection, Organic kidney bean Kiev with roasted veg including purple, yellow and orange carrots, fennel among other things broccoli from my friend Lezas organic garden very lucky to have such good food and friends that grow it in our lives

13.01.2022 It’s not often unless you order food from me that you’ll see my face, even then to some people I am the organic food fairy just dropping meals in an esky and go and magically amazing food turns up in your life but I just wanted to introduce myself and tell you a bit about me, I’m passionate about my life, I’m an experienced yoga teacher and reiki master and that flows into all areas, my food, my massage, I love to nurture people. I get joy from creating, my main cre...ative expression is my food at the moment and I’m very very lucky to live in an amazing space in a small village called cobaki just over the nsw border, I have created a very beautiful safe space for healing and caring for my partner and I and my clients I’ll be starting yoga classes at my home in the coming weeks and I use reiki for every student and even put it into the meals I make each week. I thank my gorgeous clients and friends for their support and amazing feedback on my food, yoga and massage and healing endeavours. I hope to see more and more of your beautiful faces very soon.
