25.01.2022 I love it when clients send me things like this Tracy started training with me in my biggest loser team and from then on just keep smashing goal after goal. Today she finally cracked a new pb in her park run and a goal of her own getting 5km done in under 30mins Well done tracy killing it

23.01.2022 Heeey guys so outdoor group fitness is allowed agaaaain But this means no shared equipment and only up to 9 ppl 10 including me, and must keep a 1.5mtr distance from each other at all times. So no equipment is allowed unless you all have your own ... Let me no if anyone keen for group session if not we will just wait until they lift the restrictions even more I am currently taking one on one personal training sessions also Feel free to DM if anyone is interested in either Miss you all xx

All personal training sessions will be paid DIRECTLY to me from you - So you can either pay cash,card,bank transfer or set up a recurring payment into my bank account. Please be mindful that if you cancel late or forget your money - I will not get paid ! ... There will be cancelation fees put in place if you arent on a recurring payment for my security mainly. 15.01.2022 Hey guys as you all would have herd the gym has to shut its doors for the moment due to the corona virus outbreak. So for those of you who are on a direct debit with me please make sure you stop the payments ASAP. And for those of you who still owe me for a current personal training session could you please pay me as soon as you can afford to do so would be much appreciated ... Gym will be open until mid day today - so for those of you wanting to come in for your regular classes and pts I will be there.
