She has a stationery addiction. It's a real problem... She has two cats (Pippa and Lucinda) and one step-dog (Willow). Pippa went missing for 3 years and they found her again at the AWL! 18.01.2022 Saturday night saw a very excited group of Sky High students perform to a limited but extremely supportive audience at the SKY HIGH POLE STUDENT SHOWCASE 2020 Every student put their heart and soul into the performances and you would never have guessed that for some it was their first time performing. Thank you to our amazing instructors, without your support the Showcase would never have happened. 15.01.2022 Determination and Goals Today marked a major milestone for Sky High Student Cody. Two years ago, Cody lay in a hospital bed wondering if she would walk or pole again after breaking her back in a vehicle accident. But this girl is determined and after going through major rehabilitation and learning to walk again today she shears sheep by day and attends pole and stretch classes. Today she reached another goal a back bend something she thought she would never achieve again. 10.01.2022 NEW INSTRUCTOR ANNOUNCEMENT! RACHEL Rachel began pole dancing in 2017 and fell in love with it. Never being a lover of fitness or sport, pole dancing changed her life and she is now a personal trainer, consistently training both in the gym and in the pole studio. Rachel loves any trick that require flexibility and pushes herself to try anything that is out of her comfort zone. Rachel has also discovered a love for the stage, competing in AAPC in 2018 and then in Miss P...ole Dance South Australia Amateur in 2019. Rachel hopes she can promote confidence and body positivity as a pole instructor!
