02.01.2022 We get asked often if we can fly directly over people with our drones. The short answer is no. Under CASA laws in Australia, it is illegal to fly directly over or within 30m (in the shape of a cylinder) of people (for recreational users) and within 15m for licenced pilots. This short video explains the rules and guidelines.
