20.01.2022 I get a few of the challenging jobs. This ones of a super6 asbestos roof. The existing skylights had to be removed and replaced with new ones. Flashing from the ridge was the only way to guarantee no leaks - plus I didnt have to cut into the asbestos to do it.

16.01.2022 What not to do on your roof. Many times Ive come across DIY fixes for leaks, and blocking up your roof sheet overlaps makes it worse. These two flashings have had too many applications of silicone and need to be completely removed, plus the roof sheets replaced in order to properly reinstall the skylight tops to their leak free state.
