22.01.2022 Riverside High School Redevelopment This project involved many different products, profiles and tricky angles. The project commenced almost 18 months ago with a staged approach so the completion of this project has been along time coming but it finally got there. Includes our own Structuur Kliptray 45 as a wall cladding product. Proudly manufactured right here in Launceston, delivered statewide.... We also fabricated the aluminium window shades in our workshop with our site crews undertaking the installation. Top work by all the team involved.

16.01.2022 We have a few positions available for an immediate start NEW POSITION *** Roof Maintenance Technician ***... This position would be suited to someone with experience undertaking roof repairs or handyman/maintenance work who can learn quickly and be taught by one of our Roof Plumbers to undertake all aspects of roof repairs. Previous experience with building maintenance and repairs is essential for this role. This role will be full time, 40 hours per week with RDO's and transport will be provided from our workshop, to job sites and returning to the workshop at the end of each day. POSITION BECOMING VACANT BUT SEEKING SOMEONE FOR AN IMMEDIATE START *** Gutter Cleaning Worker *** After 7 years with our business fulfilling this role, Dom is leaving Launceston and is headed back to Burnie to aid a sick family member. As a result, the successful candidate will have 6 to 8 weeks to learn everything they possibly can off Dom prior to him moving away. This position is primarily working on 2 maintenance contracts we have undertaking scheduled gutter cleaning on Government and private sites. When there is no scheduled gutter cleaning to be undertaken, you will spend your time in our Sheetmetal workshop labouring and operating machines, labouring on our roofing sites and undertaking storeperson/yardman type duties. This position can be full time or casual, to be discussed with successful candidates. For both positions, the following attributes are required: -Ability to work by yourself and remain motivated -Ability to plan tasks, set goals and make sure you achieve what you setout to do for the day -Ability to liaise with Facility Maintenance Manager on a daily basis -Ability to work with someone else and lead them and take ownership of the tasks at hand -White card -Experience working on a roof or at heights (desirable but not essential) -Working With Vulnerable People (We can assist with this) -Working At Heights (We can assist with this) To discuss these positions further, please call Scott on 0488 112 279. 07.01.2022 Super impressed with the workmanship at the Campbell Town Ambulance Station by our team. Matt Surfmist Spandek roof sheeting with Structuur Kliptray 45 in Weathered Iron on the residence. The station building is a work in progress. Cam and Lockie are killing it on this one. Love walking away from a job proud of what the team have achieved.

04.01.2022 TRUCKS TRUCKS TRUCKS!!! Skyline Roofing & Sheetmetal have had our new Fuso 1424 crane truck delivered and its working around the state. With a lift capacity of upto 1900 kilograms at 3.5 metres, right out to 11.5 metres with 500kg on the hook, we have you covered. Able to cart 8.5 metres on the tray and 10.5m on the overhead racks, we have most situations covered. We've also purchased and rebuilt a 2006 Fuso crane truck which has been restored over the last 2 weeks by our tea...m and is ready for work. This truck can lift 2000kg at 3.5m out to 800kg at 7.2 metres. She was certainly looking worse for wear when we picked her up from the previous owners. Check out the before and after photos, it's looking amazing and is ready for work. This old girl is able to cart 7 metres on the tray and 8.5 metres on the racks but has a carrying capacity of 8.5 tonnes, more ground clearance and a shorter wheelbase which gives it an advantage over our newer Fuso truck.
