13.01.2022 LED Solar Street Light poles are made out of high carbon steel, which is hot dip galvanized to prevent any potential rust. It is also topped with a colored paint, which is of customers choice. It contains 2 panels of Class A Poly Crystalline solar panels at 18V 80w each panel. The Light source is a 40w LED Lamp, which is equivalent to an 80w High Pressure Sodium Lamp (HPS) these are currently being installed on the already existing streetlights. The LED Chips are a Bri...dge Lux chip (American Made), which provide the colour temperature of 5000K - super bright white light. It is essential that batteries be installed in order for the light to be in working order. Therefore there will be 2pieces of maintenance free lead acid batteries at 12V 80AH. They are 100% waterproof meaning they do not need to be placed in a box when placed underground. The intelligent controller placed inside the pole of the light has features that determine the usage of the batteries in order to prevent over-charging/discharging. It is also thunder proof and has an anti-reverse connection protection allowing the lighting to be able to work at the same amount of light as if when its fully charged for 25-28 days without having any sunshine if they are fully charged. The first 5 hours of the light working allows it to work at 100% of its power. Then it will automatically decrease to 30% of power until it has to turn of (Day time). But this still produces enough light and it is not noticeable that the power output has been decreased. An angle cage is given with the set as the pole needs to be attached to it, it is placed in a trench that has to be dug up then filled in with concrete in order for it to be strong enough to hold the pole up-right.

06.01.2022 Nowadays, LED street lights are the most energy saving products, which replace the old (traditional) streetlights, such as the: high/low pressure sodium lamps (most of the existing street lights are sodium lamps), metal halide lamps, halogen lamps, induction lamps and fluorescent (T5) lamps. 40W LED street lights can replace 100W sodium lamp. 100W LED street lights can replace 250W sodium lamp.... 150W LED street lights can replace 400/500W sodium lamp.
