Old sales tactics only focus on the features and benefits, which don't help them to make the decision.... What happens when you do... We haven't accepted the objection as something that's real for them. We haven't gotten them to face their fear with us they'll just walk out on us. When you get this right... We've acknowledged their objection and accepted it for what it is, their fear. We get them to address their concern in the conversation with us.
