24.01.2022 Skytrans would like to announce the winners of the Photography Competition. Out of the 5 submissions narrowed down, with great difficulty from 10 staff from different departments, the final 5 from each category went to Tim Healee, the CEO, who with great difficulty chose the winners. 1. The Winner of the Torres Straits Photographs is John Xiong. John submitted a stunning photograph of See Hop Beach on Thursday Island. 2. The Winner of the Cape York Photographs goes to Ebony P...iva from Lockhart. Ebony submitted a beautiful photograph of Tamara Piva. It was a very difficult decision as there were so many amazing photographs submitted. Skytrans would like to thank you all for being part of our competition and showing what a magnificent part of the world we all live in.

24.01.2022 Good Morning from the Skytrans team. Yesterday the album was downloaded onto Facebook of the Cape York Submissions. As promised today we would like to share with you the Torres Strait Submissions. An amazing and beautiful array of photographs. What a beautiful place to live! It has been so very difficult for the team of 10 to choose the final selection of photographs and on Friday 25/09/20 the winner from each category will be announced. Thank you so much for sharing.

23.01.2022 Thank you so much for all of the beautiful photographs sent to Skytrans for the Competition. A very large team of staff in different departments within Skytrans have started judging and the final selection now sits with the CEO, Tim Healee who will choose the winner of the Torres Straits and the winner for the Cape. It has been an incredibly difficult choice as we have had such an amazing response. I am going to share with you the submissions today for the Cape and tomorrow for the Torres Straits and we will announce the winners on Friday 25/09/20. 17.01.2022 Last week I spent 4 days in Cooktown meeting with some great local residents. I went on the Sunset Cruise with Riverbend Tours. Nick was an excellent host. We visited the Lions Den which was definitely worth it, and along with the beaches and museums had a great time. Over the coming days I will post some of my own photographs up. If you are looking for a place to visit, then Cooktown is just a 40 minute flight north of Cairns.
