23.01.2022 YP Saturday night Polocrosse started up last night in Minlaton for the 2018/19 season. Had a great run with Bossy in the A grade! All our hard training over the year has paid off and I'm SO SO happy with how he went! #SLKingValentine

21.01.2022 Bossy also had a jumping lesson! He was perfect as usual, didnt care what anything looked like, just popped over it all. We jumped up to 90cm... well the jumps were 90cm, Boss apparantly thought some were 1.20cm !! #SLKingValentine

Benny has done lots of trail rides, been to the beach, done a barrel race and a small amount of jumping. Good to shoe/catch/float. Lovely big movement. Jumped up to 95cm, big jump on him. Good with other horses and sheep. Suit confident rider looking for an allrounder. Had a jumping lesson with Anthony Thomas om the 8/7/18 and was very well behaved, no fuss at all over the jumps. More photos and videos on request. Dont have anymore time for him as Polocrosse season is fast approaching and have 3 other horses to work. Happy to help with transport as the SL team are based a few hours out of Adelaide.

17.01.2022 SOLD SL Husson Star aka 'Benjy' Thoroughbred Gelding 6yo... 15.2hh apx. Benjy is a lovely natured boy who will do anything for you. He has done basic flatwork, some jumping, trail rides, beach rides and a few Polocrosse games. He's good to float, shoe and catch. No nasties. Can be full of beans when fresh out the paddock after a few months off but settles quite quickly. Would suit a confident rider. No beginners. Would make a good allrounder horse. 14.01.2022 UPDATE! Been a while since the last post! Bossy finally free of his wooly mamoth coat. Boss and Saffron are in training for polox which is starting on the 22nd of September. Benjy is in light work, trying to have him going nicely for hopefully a few b grade games this year. Benny is enjoying a big rest as i dont have time for all 4 to be in work. And last but not least, Allan is being his usual self, been to the beach and a road trip to redhill with Boss to get Boss clipped.... Also the baa baa's are all well, the lambs will be weaned soon. 13.01.2022 After about a month off work, I took Benjy out for a ride with a friend and he was an absolute gem! Rode bareback, went for a bit of a canter, rode along side a highway and he didnt put a foot wrong. My friend hoped on and he was so so behaved for her too. Love a horse that plods along on a trail ride so I can just sit back and relax Ranga Princess Saffron was perfect as always too! #SLHussonStar FOR SALE #SLCashforTee

12.01.2022 Well today was the day Cherokee was finally saddled, mouthed and backed. What a legend he is after having barely been touched since he was born (has done groundwork) and having worked with him for no longer than an hour this afternoon.. he has surprised many today, not a foot wrong by this beautiful boy. Thankyou Amber (Owner) for letting me work with him today!

03.01.2022 Started doing some Liberty training with Saffron yesterday. She picked it up surprisingly well. In this video I was teaching her to swap sides without me having to pull on the halter or lead. She got the hang of it really quick. Now for some more training today #SLCashForTee

02.01.2022 SOLD TO A LOVING SHOW HOME Sorrento Nick Ole aka 'Allan' 5yo 80cm... Pinto Stallion Allan is for sale due to no fault of his own. I am moving away and cant take him with me unfortunately. He is a cute little rascal but he has a stallion attitude and does attempt to bite sometimes. If you have food, he's your best friend. I understand his previous owner used him to service a couple of her own mares and I believe they were successful pregnancies. I haven't used him for service while I've had him but I can imagine some gorgeous foals that would come from him. He has been saddled/mouthed and ridden, have led him over small jumps, loves the beach, can lead off another horses, is good to float and can float backwards as well, lovely long/thick mane and tail. Runs up to you in the paddock and follows you like a puppy. He is or can be registered Pinto and Miniature Pony. I have his birth certificate that will go with him. GENUINE ENQUIRIES ONLY! NO TIME WASTERS!!
