11.01.2022 Bargain Basement Drop Off Sunday - 13th December 2020 One of the few advantages of spending more time at home this year has been the opportunity for many to tidy up cupboards and donate goos to the Bargain Basement for our next Carnival. Donations of clock radios seem to be the number one item so far! Over the last few weeks I have undertaken a preliminary sort and cleared some space for additional items. On Sunday 13th, you can drop off items between the 8am and 9.45am services at the entrance to the basement under the Community Centre. If you need assistance for delivering small items, I can call by and collect them during the preceding week. Greg A: Convenor - Bargain Basement 0412 010 170

05.01.2022 Thankyou The first time I entered our church 15 years ago I heard exquisite music being played, and as I sat through the service, our hymns and times of quiet, I have listened to this beautiful music in all the years since. A big thank you to Kitty from me and all old enough to remember. Jeanne

03.01.2022 A Big 'Thank You' from Uniting World Uniting world was so pleased with the awesome result of the sales of Christmas Cards and Gift Cards. They are still attending to the mail coming in, but the total is already well over $272,000, raised to support projects helping poor families and children, in the many countries that Uniting World has a relationship with, through the Uniting Church in Australia. Thank you to our St Luke’s Belmont people who supported Uniting World by purchasing Cards and Gifts to the value of over $1,000.
