22.01.2022 Rainy days aren’t usually our cup of coffee at Slate Cafe. However it brings something magical into the air Perhaps it’s the ambient noise of water droplets on our tin roof. Maybe it’s the smell of clean air freshly cleanse by the rain...the gentle warmth radiates from our outdoor gas heaters as we served our customers bowls of steamy hot Vietnamese beef stew and Pho noodle soup. We pause for a moment to take it all in...appreciating the beauty of nature, and getting lost in the music of the rain
