Fried Ash Plantain topped with spicy tomato & onion garnished with pomegranate salsa & coriander leaves - simply the best Mains : Yellow Rice, sweet chillies stuffed with carrot & potato & cooked in a creamy yellow coconut curry, Fried Ash Plantain Skin, Green eggplant curry, Eggplant Pahi (pickle), Kale Mallung, traditional Sri Lankan mango curry, Pumpkin Curry with roasted coconut, Dhal curry.
