25.01.2022 DAYLIGHT SAVINGS!! by lbsleep_consultant --- Sunday 4th October 2020 our clocks will spring forward in Vic, Tas, SA, ACT, NSW ... To ease into the transition follow below - Based on a 7am-7pm Schedule : Monday and Tuesday: start the day 15 mins early. If your little one theoretically wakes up at 7am , start the day at 6.45am instead of 7am and all feeds and sleeps are 15 mins early. This means that bedtime is also earlier 6.45pm Wednesday and Thursday: start the day a FURTHER 15 mins early . This means that you'll be waking your little one at 6.30am and all feeds and sleeps to follow suit. Bed 630pm On Friday and Saturday: you're again a FURTHER 15 mins early. So now you're waking at 6.15am and pushing all sleeps and feeds out the same. Bedtime 615pm SUNDAY: the daylight savings change would have happened while we were all asleep so when you wake, it will be the new time! Alternatively, dont shift bedtime and adjust once the time change has occurred . This is what we will be doing The reality is your little one will lose 1hr sleep and will adjust naturally in a couple of days. NOTE: Dont change a thing for newborn babies, keep up feeding, sleeping and cuddles and watch those awake times #daylightsavings #infantsleep #melbournesleepconsultant #lbsleepconsultant

19.01.2022 SAVE 15% on your Bibs Dummies and Sleepytot! I love the sleepy tot! Weve only had it two nights but have noticed a huge decrease in the amount of times I have to replace my sons dummy. Now only replacing it once compared to about 6 times and Im sure that will improve as he gets used to it. Also, my son seems to love it, I find him cuddling it tight while he is sleeping.
