15.01.2022 COVID 19 LOCKDOWN Today the government announced a 6-day "circuit breaker" period of restrictions across South Australia, starting as of midnight tonight, 18th November 2020. These restrictions have been imposed very quickly and firmly. After seeking advice from authorities, Ozroll SA will be forced to cease operations, subject to the stipulated conditions. This will impact production, warehousing, and administration for both our Roller Shutter and Slidetrack divisions. Eff...ectively meaning that as of COB today, all scheduled supply will be left pending until we resume business next week, on Wednesday 25th November. We will continue to work with governing bodies and investigate measures that may allow us to return to work sooner. However, in the meantime our Queensland offices are open as per normal and representatives from our SA customer support network will remain available by mobile phone, to continue supporting sales enquiries. We understand the impact this will have on our national distributors and greatly appreciate cooperation as we make efforts to navigate the situation. We wish for the health and safety of our staff, our customers and their families during this time and will continue to update accordingly as things develop. Stay safe & well.

10.01.2022 Slidetrack Outdoor Blinds will be closed on Monday the 5th of October 2020 for the Labour Day public holiday. Production and dispatch of orders will be as normal on Friday the 3rd of October. We will back to business as usual on the 6th of October.

02.01.2022 LOCKDOWN LIFTED! Further to the extraordinary developments in South Australia’s COVID situation, the state’s heavy restrictions will ease significantly, effective 11.59pm Saturday 21st November. We are very pleased to announce that, subject to further developments, Ozroll SA will open again on Monday morning 23rd November and recommence standard operations.... Administrative staff have been working remotely since Wednesday afternoon, continuing to process orders in preparation for a return to work, however we will not have access to the manufacturing facility until Sunday morning at the very earliest. Our production staff will return to work as early as possible to begin working through a backlog of orders but there will inevitably be delays and we will appreciate cooperation during the next week. Rest assured; we will make every effort to restore a ‘business as usual’ approach as soon as we are able. In the meantime, customer support representatives are online now to handle any questions or concerns.
