My mother was so desperate to help me and my lack of living that she lovingly joined me up with JC! That was the beginning of my diet addiction... So from there I tried everything, you name it Ive done it... Yes, Ive been a yo yo dieter!!! , , , , . After feeling desperately unhealthy for a while, Id get motivated, find another diet and start the process all over again. 23.01.2022 , , ... Ive been hiding for way to long! My perception of my body has held me back!!... I have let the way I feel and look at myself stop me from living!!! My body has been through a lot Ive been overweight and slim way too many times. Ive got stretch marks from my beautiful babies growing inside me. Gaining 40 kg with my first pregnancy. , . There are three kinds of fat stored by our body the goal is to release the right kind. Structural fat This fat fills the gaps between various organs. It has important functions such as bedding the kidneys in soft elastic tissue, protecting the coronary arteries and keeping the skin smooth and taut. It is important that we maintain this protective fat as it is vital for a healthy body. Normal fat This type of fat is reserves of fuel from which the body can draw on as required.
