25.01.2022 Hi all, just a little good news for our team. Last night here at Tamworth , I was a finalist for the Australian Line Dancer Of The Year Awards , I think mainly... for the charity work we do raising money for cancer research which to date is $66,000.00 . Didn't expect to win the award but feel like a winner to have made though 2 cuts to the finals , thankyou to Austalian Line Dancer committee for deeming me worthy to be a finalist . Considering I'm just a linedancer , I feel very happy and glad that the exposure might bring us more sales to kick cancers butt. Congratulations to the other finalists with special congratulations to the winners Donna and Reece Pearce , such a derserving pair. YOU CAN HELP My husband John has Parkinson's and we have just joined a new Parkinson support group at charlestown since moving to our new home . In the newsletter they ask if we can save the used stamps , as Parkinson research receives cash for them . Only a little thing to do . Thanks to all our loyal customers for purchasing their favourite colour SLIPEZE , with you help and more importantly your MONEY, Nicole and I were able to donate a cheque for $3000.00 on behalf of SLIPEZE to RMH via the ball. ... Missing our other member of the team Ruth Beighton who now lives in Melbourne and couldn't make it .
