18.01.2022 Goat Milk Notice Our milk volumes are low and our does are going to have a rest period until kidding in late August.

17.01.2022 Over the last couple of months I have been building this essential oil distiller. We will use the oils harvested from this still in our expanding Ebuta body care line of soaps and lotions. We need to source a range of suitable organic matter that contain oils eg limes or other citrus. If you have any ideas let us know. Each batch will require about 30kg of product from which we can harvest oil. Comments and your inputs appreciated.

16.01.2022 Boxing day fun making Halloumi. Most enjoyable afternoon. I have also got a Chevre cooking at the moment to make cheese cake for a new years eve party. These slabs of Halloumi retail for around $17 depending on their vac pac weight. Hope your Christmas celebrations have been enjoyable and relaxing with family and friends.

16.01.2022 So blest today. As a hobby, one of our customers uses our goat milk to make various cheese varieties. Today she gave us this lactic acid bloomy rind to enjoy....and we enjoyed it immensly as part of our evening meal. Thanks Rochelle

14.01.2022 It was a good feeling to be back making some cheese. This is our first batch of greek style fetta for the season. Very pleased with the yield at 17%. A well structured cheese for marinating after a rest time in brine.

07.01.2022 Seasons greetings from us and all our Ebuta family. Cloudy, overcast and gently falling rain on our farm today. We are grateful for the refreshing. Jean and I thankyou for supporting our business in 2020. By the way...we have lots of raw milk for sale and we are making cheese every week to supply our customers. 04.01.2022 We are making our monthly trip to Bowen with dairy product this Thursday. We will have raw goat milk ($5.50), goat fetta in marinate ($14) or brine ($9) and goat halloumi ($9). Place an order today or tomorrow so we can package everything up. Payment by invoice. ETA in Bowen 1pm. Home delivery min order $50

03.01.2022 Kid feeding time on this Fathers Day. We have had an excellent kid breeding season. 65% females this season. Lots of new mother's have done well. Still some more to kid. We now have milk supplies which will steadily increase over the next month. Milk will be on shelves again over the next week. Cheese and gelato production will also start up again in the next couple of weeks. Lots happening but very busy. We are also taking private orders and the demand is growing as our people are becoming more aware of our unique brand of goat milk and cosmetic products.
