23.01.2022 Weekly Workout Time Here’s another workout for you to try at home this week! Remember to warm up before completing and cool down at the end! ... 10 exercises to be completed X 3 40 seconds on. 20 seconds rest between exercises. 1 min rest at the end of each set. 1. Squat jumps 2. Lunges 3. Alternating jump lunges 4. Wall sit 5. Pushups 6. Plank up and downs 7. Tuck kick outs 8. Pike ups 9. Dish hold 10. Burpees ENJOY
