21.01.2022 Slotworx V8 enduro at Red racer in Queensland last night, as you can see they really were racing for a sheep station! Wish I was there.

09.01.2022 This Saturday night, practice from 4.00pm and racing starts 6.30pm.

09.01.2022 Building something fun for our upcoming 5.8 sec breakout class. Rules are pretty simple, sedan/sports sedan scale body....just don't go too fast and loose a lap. Some locals already know what it is....any non locals who can guess the car and livery in the next 2 days get a pretty aluminium nut pack sent out to them. Love the fat fronts.

09.01.2022 Plafit lexan body F1 for the Australian Plafit Championship.

08.01.2022 Hi all, In less then 4 weeks time the annual Australian Plafit Championship will take place at Red Racer Hobbies in Margate / Queensland. On three days of practice and competition these Championships feature 8 prominent nationwide slot car racing classes in three different scales.... Besides many single driver races, there will also be two 2 driver team events (1/24 FLM and 1/24 Group C). All racing will take place on Red Racer Hobbies' 8-Lane 48m Flat Plafit Masters Track, which will represent a neutral track situation as the race direction will for the first time (Friday, 19.8.2016) be anti-clockwise. This annual event always includes racers and enthusiasts from most Australian States who like to come together to enjoy the competition, celebrate the leading model car racing brand Plafit and the love of their common hobby. Enclosed are several pages of general information about the event as well as the official Entry Form. 06.01.2022 Big weekend away racing at Hornsby. 3 races over the weekend with Open LMP and Slotworx V8's on the Saturday afternoon and the big Scaleauto GT 8 hour on Sunday. As usual the Hornsby track was great to drive on and produced some close racing. Some pics of the V8 race, Noel and myself came in 2nd place.
