25.01.2022 Slow Food Mildura is looking for community-minded people to get involved and infuse the Good, Clean and Fair Food movement with fresh passion and enthusiasm! We are going to host a free information night on Thursday 8th of August - 6.30pm at Botanica Cuisine By Dag Demarkow & Co. We will be discussing what Slow Food is about, what we have managed to achieve in Mildura and how you can get involved. Finger food and drinks provided. All welcome! ... Please RSVP essential by Friday, August 2nd.

22.01.2022 Notice of our Annual General Meeting Slow Food members and people of the community are invited to attend Slow Food Mildura AGM, which will be held at the Mildura Eco Village on Saturday September 21st, 5.00pm. Woodfire pizzas to be enjoyed afterwards with all participants.

Once again a huge thank you to the organising committee, the wonderful volunteer, the chefs, the growers and suppliers and, of course, the guests who decided to spend their Saturday night at the Garreffa's vineyard! Our first choice is to buy direct off local farmers which avoids the mi...ddle man, the terribly inefficient logistics and the fumigation process that is required to bring certain produce back into the district.
