17.01.2022 When I started my business in March I had left behind a secure job where I received a regular wage and entered a world of uncertainty. I could never have imagined that on top of that uncertainty there would be COVID-19 but despite the challenges of 2020 my decision to go it alone is paying off and I have never been happier. I had always heard people say that if you do what you love you will never work a day in your life.... I can honestly say that I am there now..... 12.01.2022 HIDDEN SUBLIMITS: Under all Property Insurance policies lies hidden sublimits which could mean that you may get left out of pocket if your building is damaged. These sublimits include: - Removal of Debris; - Extra Costs of Reinstatement;... - Fees and Costs - Fire Fighting and Authority Costs etc etc An example is where you may have asbestos in your building, if you have insured with a direct insurer such as NRMA the Removal of Debris costs could be limited to as little as $25,000 considering removal could cost anywhere between $50 - $150 per square metre this may not be adequate which will mean you could be left out of pocket.
