24.01.2022 The book 'Feel The Fear & Do It Anyway' by Susan Jeffers has had a lasting impact on my life, to this day. I read it about 20 years ago, and it has helped me overcome self doubt and fear on so many occasions. I now always ask myself: What's the worst thing that can happen? Feel the fear, and do it anyway.

18.01.2022 Every now and then you meet someone who impresses the hell out of you. . . . .... When I met Dr Mary Retallack earlier this year I instantly understood that here was a woman of incredible intellect and substance, and yet her warm and gentle nature made me feel completely at ease. In this great article by AgriFutures Australia, Mary shares her story of being a recovering perfectionist, and has advice for the next generation of women in #agriculture (hint: the sentence begins with 'No') Check out the story, it's got some insights for all of us. #sustainablefarming #organicfarming #agribusiness #farming #agricultureandfarming #scienceandenvironment #science #sustainability #research #inspiration #ecology #ecosystem https://www.agrifutures.com.au//dr-mary-retallack-a-recov/

17.01.2022 Today she's an award winning CFO of a high profile law firm. But life wasn't always so cushy for Magdalena Kosior-Molloy, who arrived on Australian shores two decades ago with nothing but a suitcase and emmigration papers.

16.01.2022 "The road to recovery begins in the bush. As an industry with a labour shortage in a time of record unemployment, agriculture presents a unique opportunity to get people into jobs if policy challenges can be resolved." Those are the words from the National Farmers' Federation latest report 'Get Australia Growing'.... President Fiona Simson is asking the government to genuinely get behind the farming industry that is so well positioned to lead Australia out of an economic crisis. Let's hope they take note of this report.

16.01.2022 Terrific to see Riverland produce so proudly displayed at my local supermarket here in Adelaide

15.01.2022 It's easy to get caught up in anxiety and fear when everyone around you is freaking out. . . .... But these are the times when we need to be more aware than ever of our thoughts, emotions and behaviours, AND how we're leading others. Coz great leaders rarely wish they had panicked more. #anxiety #fear #leadership #calm #staycalm

06.01.2022 Are you struggling to cope with the rapid change to your work during this pandemic? It's created widespread economic and job uncertainty for all of us. 04.01.2022 Yet another great story of strength and caring in the bush. This time it's Stephanie Schmidt who's quietly leading #farmers towards greater mental health. All while caring for 2.5 children, and running 3 farming enterprises! Nice work Steph https://indaily.com.au//helping-farmers-thrive-in-adversi/
