25.01.2022 The team from @k_and_t_auto_garage called us down to wire this beautiful 383 LS powered Holden HK recently and as always they have gone above and beyond. We made a custom loom to suit an LS1 OEM ECU with drive by wire.We also re-wired the head light loom and routed it up inside the guards to keep it all hidden.To top it off we also supplied and installed a Racepak iq3 street dash to monitor all the vitals. #motorsportswiring @k_and_t_auto_garage @racepakdata

22.01.2022 We have been pretty slack on the Facebook update due to our massive work load however while we are enjoying some sun on our family holidays Ill try to get the page updated with what we have been doing over the last few months. We carried out a full head light to tail light re wire on the super clean Valiant using a customers supplied esy wire loom and adding a few extra bits for the FiTech EFI system. Full engine bay wire tuck and the customer made up a night Autometer dash for us to wire in.

22.01.2022 Microtech 7 pro logger dash and Turbosmart E-Boost 2 all wired in a very tidy Mazda RX3 using a PAC racing dash mount we also added a new oil and fuel PSI sensors and linked it via CAN into the Haltech PS1000. @smmotorsportwiring @microtech_efi @pacperformance @turbosmarthq

20.01.2022 The team from Auto Works in Frankston had us down to install a new Holley Sniper on there beautiful Falcon since these pics we have also up graded the Ignition system to an ICE ignition with and added a two step. Keep your eyes peeled for the beast of a street car.

19.01.2022 Justin's tough LH Holden Torana was in to have a full chassis loom made and to finish off the engine loom, the engine loom for the Haltech 2500 Elite was done in all Tefzel and hidden to give then engine bay a super clean look, the chassis loom is also hidden with a custom switch panel using dual stage switches for the head lights and multi speed wipers.

19.01.2022 We recently had this super clean VN 6lt LS power VN Commodore in for a full head light wiring tuck and a Emtron KV8 ecu install. 17.01.2022 This beautiful 1974 Chevy Nova was in for a full head light to tail rewire, we also made a custom engine loom for the Haltech 2500 Elite with a Racepak IQ3 street dash. The engine loom is fitted with a firewall bulk head plug making life easy when removing the engine for future modifications. More pics to come. #haltech #racepak #smmotorsportwiring

15.01.2022 This neat little Camaro was in this week to upgrade the Holley system to a new Haltech Elite 2000, Haltech dash (pic to come when mount is finished) we also installed a IGN-1A coil with a MSD ref and sync dizzy, the NOS is all controlled via the Haltech with a driveshaft speed sensor to help control the spray. @smmotorsportwiring @haltechecu @efihardware #motorsportwiring #smmotorsportwiring

15.01.2022 The team from APS Service Centre dropped off this beautiful 1956 F100 Panel Van with a handful of voltage issues and components not working,with a quick look under the dash and at wiring in the engine bay we decided a full re-wire was in order and an ignition upgrade was also needed to get more out of the Holley Sniper EFI system.So it was out with the old and in with a full new body,chassis and engine loom. @apsservicecentre @holleyperformance

14.01.2022 This Holden Maloo came to us with 98% of the factory engine bay loom and fuse/relay box chopped out and missing we managed to get all the lights and chassis electricals working again from the factory BCM and while it was here we made a custom engine loom for the @haltechecu 2500 Elite with dual wide band and the @racepakdata IQ3 street dash. The cars headed back to @apsservicecentre for final plumbing of the @aftermarketindustries fuel system and she will be ready the street. @haltechecu @apsservicecentre @racepakdata @aftermarketindustries @smmotorsportwiring

13.01.2022 One tuff Datson sporting a nice little FJ under the hood we made a custom made ECU loom to suit the Haltech 750 Elite with the LS1 coils mounted under the dash to keep the engine looking clean. The loom is made up using the premium Haltech unterminated loom and fitted off to suit the car and engine layout with all the spare inputs and outputs tagged off to Deutsch plugs so extra sensors can be added with ease. The loom protected by our SM Motorsport Wiring braid sleeving to give the loom great flexibility and provide a high abrasion resistance as well as giving it a nice sleek look for the street.

12.01.2022 Tristan's neat little Honda Civic was in for an ECU upgrade, due to there being no tuning upgrades available on this models OEM ECU Tristan went with the Haltech Elite 1500. we created a neat little patch loom with an upgrade injector loom, as Tristan has some big plans for the Civic down the track he just wanted to get it running using the OEM loom with a full engine loom to come down the track.

10.01.2022 Nice little Torana we did for the team at K and T Auto Garage. We stripped back the headlight and engine bay wiring and started again re locating the battery to the boot, also adding a Racepak IQ3 street dash and a head light wiring tuck.

09.01.2022 This very well presented Holden Senator sporting a new LSA power plant was in for a Haltech 2500 Elite install with a wide band, trans brake, NOS, 2 step and integrated the existing Racepak dash to ecu.

09.01.2022 Anther Holley EFI install we carried out in a beautiful HZ Holden with a single turbocharged LS. We used the pre terminated Holley EFI loom (which customers supplied) however by the time it was modified to suit the cars lay out and all the extra sensors were added it would have been a far better and more cost effective to have gone with a full custom made loom. Although pre terminated wiring loom have there benefits there not always the best way and you may end up paying a lot more in the long run. Before purchasing your next pre made loom drop us a line or msg as we maybe be able to provide a more cost affective loom to better suit your needs and the tuners requirements

08.01.2022 We had this beautiful Holden VK in for a full strip and re wire head light to tail light. The factory fuse box at some point in its life had be dragged back into the cab and the OEM wiring was beyond re-pair so it was best to start again. With a head light and engine bay wire tuck and new fuse and relay box fitted up under the drivers side dash section and all accessories re wired with an Autometer Dash

07.01.2022 SM Motorsport Wiring is operating as usual however our onsite work will be limited and the majority of our work will be carried out from our closed door workshop,by appointment only.If your car is booked in its as per the booking However if you are sick or been in contact with anyone who is sick please inform us prior to your booking as we are all trying to do our bit to slow this thing down. Also as the SM Motorsport family is growing by one in the coming month we cannot stress the importance of people being honest and sticking by the rules.

06.01.2022 This neat little supercharged Renault Clio was in with a handful of electrical gremlins stopping access into the ME442 Motorsport Electronics ECU,we carried out a number of tests on the customers patch loom and found that it was the CAN bus wiring causing the issue and with some small modifications we had it linking to the PC again and now its off for a tune.We also had a lot of current drop with the battery being previously mounted in the boot with a lot of poorly crimped cable lugs and earth points,we replaced the poorly crimped lugs and added a extra earth from the battery to the engine fixing the current drop. @motorsportelectronics

06.01.2022 This Holden VN is almost ready for the streets,we fitted the customers old Haltech 2500 Elite ecu and loom into his new build,relocate the battery to the boot and wired in a few new accessories such as trans brake,bump box,trans cooler fan, thermo fan and added the battery isolator in the now unused fuel flap and wired in the Haltech iQ3 street dash. #motorsportwiring @haltechecu

06.01.2022 This beautiful Nissan R32 Skyline came in with a Link G4+ plug-in,how ever it was only running on 4cyl no air temp or coolant temp sensors working we carried out some testing and found some damaged wiring in the factory loom after repairing this and adding a new relay for the fuel system upgrade she fired straight up and now running on all 6cyl and off for a tune. @link_ecu
