25.01.2022 I knew it was going to be a competitive Auction today when I couldn’t find a car park in the street. Then I helped Sadie register 30 bidders even though it was ...38 degrees. The largest number of Bidders I have ever had at an Auction I think! Sold well above reserve to Father and Son for development potential. It is also the first time in my career of 40 years that the Sales demand and Rental demand have both been strong at the same time. People are returning to live in Adelaide. I am not related to Robyn and have no reason to praise her except for the sale she got for us. We tried to sell our unit for over 2 years and had a lot of time wasters. We were fed up and never thought it would sell. We didn't think anyone was interested in it and therefore were very skeptical that Robyn could do anything with it. But we trusted in... her despite saying we would never use an agent. In the first viewing she secured a purchaser and that's it. Nothing more needs to be said and there really isn't anymore to it. She got top dollar which paid for her commission and we covered the advertising costs as well. So yes I do recommend her and would easily use her again.
