20.01.2022 This week at Smart Move: THIS IS IT! 3 different classes to choose from! Tuesday 8.30AM ... Tuesday 7:30 PM Thursday 7.30PM So you now have the option of a morning class and 2 evening classes. Tuesdays will be a more typical Pilates approach and Thursdays will remain a stretch and flexibility focused class. Don't forget, if you are coming to more than one class, then this is the perfect opportunity to grab a Multi-Class-Pass. This hot little ticket is $40 and covers you for 5 classes (otherwise $10 each). These are available for purchase prior to classes or on the day. Also this week: Exercise Physiology sessions are available for a one-on-one approach to your health. Exercise Physiology uses researched exercise to treat and prevent chronic health conditions. There are Medicare rebates available and you may be covered under your Private Health. For more information, hit the message button!

18.01.2022 Just an update for Pilates tonight, unfortunately we have come down with a stomach bug overnight so we will have to delay our Pilates start till next week. So plan is, same time, same place, but NEXT week, December 8. Thank you for understanding! We don't want to spread this one!

11.01.2022 It's Monday, so here's a peek at what's happening at Smart Move this week. Kid's Pilates: Last session for the year! Only 1 or 2 spaces remaining. hit me up if your kids would like to check it out.... Multi-Class Pass: They are still available at $35 for 5 classes and I'm so happy with how they turned out Christmas Holidays! Christmas Holidays start on the 23/12/20 and we start back up on the 05/01/21. Very much looking forward to a full launch in the new year, but until then, I'll be enjoying time with family and friends trying to stay cool! 10.01.2022 This week at Smart Move: **Tuesday** Meet me on the mats at 8.30am for Pilates! This is beginner friendly and there are plenty of spare mats, so just rock up in something comfortable to move in. We will work our way through a low impact strength workout to keep your joints happy and we always finish with a feel good stretch. Still a bit nervous to come? Bring a friend along and enjoy the class together! Cost: $10... Location: St. Paul's Lutheran Church, 65 Smiths Road, Caboolture. **Thursday** Thursday night Stretch is an evening LIVE STREAM session starting at 7.30pm. This is where we loosen up and shake off all the hard work from the week and set the mood as we slide toward the weekend. Set yourself up with your favourite wine or tea and finish off the night completely relaxed. **Exercise Physiology** Feel like you need a little more one-on-one work? Exercise physiology uses specific doses of exercise to treat or prevent chronic conditions. This is a science based approach to physical and mental health and Medicare rebates are applicable. 08.01.2022 Here's what's happening this week at Smart Move! The kids were at it again, lifting, moving, and breathing. We did some extra balance work this week which tested us! Super proud of their efforts! TONIGHT! Pilates is ON! It's not raining inside and it's our last session for 2020.
