22.01.2022 To our valued drivers, the SmartCab office will be closed from 5pm on Friday 20th December and reopening Monday 6th January 2020. Payments will be done as usual, if there is a public holiday, they will be done the next business day. If you are travelling over the holiday period, please stay safe and enjoy! 21.01.2022 Hello, At this time of year many of our drivers go on a much deserved holiday. We would just like to remind you, if you will be away for an extended time could you please let SmartCab know your terminal will not be used for that time. A quick text or email is fine. Our number is 0418 651 261 or email [email protected]. This is very much appreciated and stops any charges for non-usage of terminal as per the terms and conditions. Whether driving or travelling for holidays, stay safe. SmartCab Team

For the next 2 months there will be no fee if a terminal is not used for a long period (this may be extended in the future). Payments and emails will still be done as per usual.
