22.01.2022 FOOD FOR THOUGHT. Just in the limited sanitary products I use (soap shampoo deodorant, toothpaste, conditioner, sun screen) there are 130 chemicals. Many carcinogenic or skin and respiratory irritants. I apply 129,000 doses of these chemicals to myself each year! look up the contents of your products on the internet and tell me it doesnt worry you!

16.01.2022 I was lucky enough to get a copy of a document by comcare (Aust Gov) regarding Formaldehyde and other toxins in buildings materials, especially in caravans, modular homes and converted shipping containers. A change is coming, soon we will have some legislation that protects occupants from the dangers of offgassing.

14.01.2022 If you are installing PVs because you think (or have been told) its sustainable then make sure you look at all the factors when doing your calculation. Remember right now any power you produce by your PV you are being paid a min. of 45c per kW, but you only pay 17.5c/kW for power supplied to you. Obviously this disparity helps make solar power look more sustainable, but right now its not.

11.01.2022 Solar (Photo Voltaic) cells aint all they are cracked up to be. Get some proper advise from someone who can walk you through the calculations before you waste your money on most of the rubbish available at the moment.
10.01.2022 Our prototype 4 bed 4 ensuite student accom home is currently being installed at 80 Blinzinger Road Banyo. Its going to take us 8 days, its looking sweet and already two locals are keen for more. Ill post pics when its complete. 2 smarter small homes are being built on the corner of North station road and bridge street in Booval, they are traditional construction but still only 7 weeks for two houses.

01.01.2022 Im guessing that Masterchef is going to out-rate the debate tonight by a significant margin. Its a sad indication of our frustration and lack of faith in our political system when we would prefer to watch two cooks go head to head than listen to the two potential leaders of our country debate their ideas for our future.
