17.01.2022 NOTICE OF OFFICE CLOSURE To do our part to help prevent the spread of Coronavirus [COVID-19] and ensure the health & safety of the community and our employees, our office will be closed as of Monday, 30 March 2020 and will remain closed until further notice. The majority of our Smarter Financial team will be working remotely, and it would be appreciated that any queries you may have be directed to us via phone or email where possible.... During these unprecedented times, we encourage you to not panic, follow the practices and procedures recommended from the Government and its Health Departments. 16.01.2022 The team at Smarter Financial advises that we are maintaining our operations and continue to be available to meet the needs of our clients, our business will be sending out a series of emails outlining government measures and assistance available shortly. In stating this, we have implemented practices and procedures recommended by our Government and their advisors (www.health.gov.au or www.health.nsw.gov.au) to ensure the safety of our staff, our clients and any visitors to o...ur office. We recommend that clients first telephone our office to see if we can assist you by either telephone or email rather than face to face meetings. We are actively monitoring the regular updates and advisories from State and Federal Government Health authorities. We will provide further advice should we need to take any other action that may impact our delivery of services. We have plans in place to continue operating should there be any mandated requirement for some or all staff to be away from the office. We have briefed our team on social distancing procedures (including the keeping a distance of 1.5m between people and avoiding crowds) and the recommended actions for prevention/avoidance of the virus to ensure that our business is doing its part to the curve ‘and minimise the risk of infection to our staff and our clients.
