18.01.2022 Workout using an exercise band today. 3 movements performed in descending rep scheme. First round starts with 10 reps, second do 9 reps, third do 7 reps and continue like this till the last set of one rep. I performed the full workout today so you can see how it is done. 18.01.2022 First session back to deadlifts in a few months. Took it easy with plenty of rest between sets. Managed a top single of 200kg and happy with how it looked.

14.01.2022 Tough leg day for you. Fill up your backpack with something. I have 20kg of sand in mine. Front squat Back squat Split squat... Calf raise Hip thrust 10 reps of each. 5 rounds. 60 seconds rest between rounds. Have fun.
