20.05.2022 #RBAAnnouncement is rates up by 25 base points or 0.25%, expect the lenders to pass it on fast and in full. See below my table of what that will do to repayments on the 30 yr loan, starting at 2.50%, going up to 2.75%.

18.05.2022 #RBA keep rates on hold, so official rates are not changed, but lenders are still increasing fixed rates. Variable rate rises will come eventually, if you haven't done anything yet, plan now, not tomorrow.
