23.01.2022 Ever considered buying a Heritage listed property? A few things to consider... if she has a slate roof, you may need to replace with slate when time to repair it. Slate can last 100-125+ years, but is costly to replace. Other things to consider are fireplace’s and chimneys may have to stay, walls inside and additions may require special permits, and you can be restricted to what colours you want to paint with. But, oh aren’t they just so beautiful!
