23.01.2022 Great to support another fantastic project initiated by Joost Bakker. The Eco House adjacent to Fed Square is taking shape and today we delivered recycled plastic pallets and form ply, which will be used as a fence and ramp for the house. The Eco house forms part of the Zero Waste Victoria Festival and will incorporate a myriad of sustainability building practices to minimize waste and showcase green living. The house will be lived in by celebrity Chef's Matt Stone & Jo Barrett for the next 12 months! Life in the normally thriving Fed Square precint along Birrung Marr will actually be quieter for Matt & Jo than one could have ever have expected during Melbourne lock down 2.0!!!

17.01.2022 Today we hosted a group of year 11 students from Melbourne Grammar. For one of their school subjects they have been given the challenge to create an item out of a waste timber pallet. Their inspiration came from our Create from a Crate exhibitions. Good luck with it guys! Can't wait to see what you come up with!
