15.01.2022 So it seems my trusty gymnastic grips couldn't withstand my PM session of @rom_individualised_programming Nothing an African battla couldn't fix with a ziptie. No I wait patiently for my @victorygrips to arrive .

13.01.2022 Doesn't get much better than beach time with my little homie. Even though he reckons I need a wash most of the time . Such an amazing time away with the family to rest and recover.

06.01.2022 5 months post surgery and tonight was reminder why I started @crossfit. To throw down with like-minded individuals and enjoy training within a class. Thanks to @chamberchief for the on going support and @rom_individualised_programming for getting me to the point where I can move pain free. P.s: sorry coach I may have added a bit on top of my daily programming
