16.01.2022 NSW Premier‘s advice regarding the state’s response to Covid-19. 1. Parents are encouraged to keep children home from school. However, schools are NOT comple...tely under shutdown/lockdown. 2. Schools will remain OPEN for families with working parents. This would mean parents who are currently unable to leave work and are unable to leave their children at home, will have the schools open for them. 3. No child will be turned away from school. To alleviate the difficulties for working parents with arranging alternative care/supervision for their kids. 4. Online learning will take place until school holidays commence. Please refer to your respective schools for details specific to your children Please refer to the link of newscast from this morning: https://youtu.be/KmXXMEfU_0c Hope this helps all concerned families and educators out there. Please keep safe and alert anyone who is concerned and may be helped by this most recent update. Stay safe everyone.

16.01.2022 www.smartstudynow.com This year marks my 10th year of tutoring Primary and High School English. 2019 marks a new phase of the business and exciting times ahead. Running a small business presents many challenges, but at the end of the day, the obstacles that present themselves in our work and in our daily lives, forge our character and can open doors to hopeful things ahead. ... I would like to thank all the people who have helped make this journey absolutely amazing and rewarding. My entire family and great friends for all their love, faith and support (specially to Alex who made the business websites since its conception). My heartfelt gratitude to all the Smart Study Now Tutors who have helped me over the years. THANK YOU SO MUCH Tara, Simone, Sukhmahni, Mitchell, Ayush, Myeisha, Benoshi, Melita, Monica, Maham, Alpana, Ben, Raul Allyce and so many others! 14.01.2022 Hope this finds you well. Stay safe out there friends. People are confused by misinformation and by the panicked and frenzied exchange of news. In times like these, the best way to avoid chaos and despair is to look for reliable information from your government’s health department and global health experts. ... It’s also vital that we urge our local, state and national authorities to act in our best interest; in order to protect ourselves, our families and communities. We must begin by taking responsibility in the sources from which we get our information and make sure that we are well informed about the issues at hand; to listen to sound advice from those who are at the forefront defending us from this crisis and above all, to practice compassion toward each other. We are most grateful to all our brave and tireless health workers who are risking their lives in the service of those in need. To all teachers, service workers and all the people who are generously contributing to the community in their own way to alleviate the hardships that has befallen us on a global level. THANK YOU. We will continue to update you regarding any changes that may apply to our services. Below are some links to any info about Covid-19 virus to help decrease any sense of panic and sources that may help increase useful information regarding the most recent developments from reliable online sources. Take care and stay safe Smart Study Now friends.

03.01.2022 As a tutor, it's such a wonderful experience to see not only, how my students through the years have achieved so much academically, but also to see them grow into amazing and inspiring individuals. Earl Nightingale famously said that "Success is the progressive realisation of a worthy goal." It really doesn't matter where you begin, consistency is key to progress and it is effort; not simply talent, that allows all of us to realise and manifest our individual goals. ... One of the happiest days I experience yearly, is to witness young people complete their HSC and receiving celebratory texts from my students to let me know how their exams went. They are all proud of their progress and they know that the skills, productive habits and knowledge they gained from High School only serve to propel them successfully into adult life. Jasmeet Kaur is one of my students who has truly exemplified progress and I am proud to say, not only did she achieve phenomenal marks in all her subjects (including English Advanced and English Extension), she also came first in Punjabi in the state of NSW. https://www.sbs.com.au/yourlanguage/node/1657538?language=sm Thanks so much Jas, for sharing your insights and your journey. The world waits eagerly for your arrival! Welcome School Year 2020!
