09.01.2022 Swingin into Thursday like.... Really though, where is the time going?! Even though I’ve ticked off a lot of things on my to-do list, I find myself scrambling towards the end of the week. Has my training been done? Have my steps been done? How do my macros look? Is my check-in sheet complete? Sends me for a head spin! ... Then I remember, that I literally just need to focus on one thing at a time. Do that one thing, then move on. Now I have a clean slate for the next task. Anxiety be gone! When you find yourself in a tizzy, just take the time to realise that your focus needs to be on one thing at a time. Once that is complete, move on to the next. What if I told you, you could legit eat ice cream every night for years and years? Because guess what? That’s what I do Losing weight doesn’t have to be rocket science Even though, it is very sciency! Hence why we have now come to realise that you can still enjoy what you love to eat, you just have to be aware of how much you’...re eating! Mind blown, right? It’s actually super easy and it’s super fun to have a play around with what you can make fit within your day. We still have to prioritise certain foods though (I know, I know) but trust me, once you get the hang of that, everything becomes easy breezy. Welcome to food freedom. See more
