07.05.2022 Just over a week until registrations are open people! As a little bit of a taster.. Week 1 WOD will be released online not long after regos open so if you haven't joined the event yet, do it now so you can stay on point with all the info. Remember... the gym with the most participants will get themselves a new rower... 1 can never have too many rowers!!



27.04.2022 Good people of the world wide web, it is with much excitement that I announce... smasHIIT Fitness has evolved to a bigger, better version Massive Crossfit. After 3 years of changing lives strictly outdoors, I can now Facebook officially say we're changing lives indoors too. 6 months ago we moved into our new premises: Unit 13... 178-186 Old Illawarra Rd Menai, Sydney, NSW ..to test the waters... to make sure the walls wouldn't restrict our awesomeness and as you can see... we're still being awesome. So to celebrate our "Facebook Official" openning, we've decided to host a 3 week online competition folllowed by a finals event held at our gym on the 27th September 2015. To all you loyal followers out there who have benefited from this page... recipes, 100km in May, Ab Challenges, watching me struggle through 1000 burpees... all this and more will take place on our new page... 07.04.2022 We did hundreds of pull ups, push ups and squats with a whole bunch of running otherwise know as "Murph" this morning. Great start to what looks to be a cracker public holiday. Happy 89th Birthday Liz

29.03.2022 These crazy people have all made a commitment to go 30 days without sugar. We're talking about the rifined/dirty/takeaway/alcoholic/ice creamy/chocolatey/cupcakey kind of sugar. As impossible as it may sound, with a bit of planning, some dedication and a whole lot of support, it can be done. Day 1 starts today. Stay strong guys... you got this!!

08.01.2022 If you're looking for something to do this Saturday morning then come join the #WODFORNEPAL cause. More than 120 Crossfit gyms across Australia will be doing a national workout to raise funds to help support the people of Nepal. For more info click here: http://www.wodfornepal.com/ The workout (Summit/Base) has been released for the day with 2 options to allow for all fitness/skill levels to get involved. We'll be kicking things off at Massive CrossFit at 7am and you're all ...invited. Comment below if you're interested or have any Q's.



05.01.2022 Team Massive were out in full force again, testing the limits and boosting our levels of awesomeness. Congrats to CrossFit Ingleburn for putting on a great event and to all our crew for challenging yourselves and pushing each other through the painful workouts. As sucky as they were, we seem to always finish the day full of smiles.. keen to do it all again :)

02.01.2022 Found ourselves in the hurtlocker again on the weekend but this time for a great cause.. HeartKids NSW. Huge shout out to @Junior Ta'ale and all his team at IDefine Health & Fitness / Crossfit2210 for planning and executing an awesome comp.. The workouts were rough but thats just the way we like it :) On behalf of the Massive crew... thanks for a fun day and we look forward to throwing down with you again soon!!
